Founded in 1982, Bonvests Holdings Limited is listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange. The Group, with over 20 years of experience, has established a sound reputation for quality and service in each of its core businesses.

The Group's four core businesses are:

property development and investment
food and beverage ownership and management
hotel ownership and management
waste management and contract cleaning of buildings

In Singapore, Bonvests owns and manages various prime commercial properties, including our flagship building, Liat Towers.The Group operated 61 F&B outlets island-wide as at 31 December 2004. The Group's 5-star luxury hotels are located in Mauritius and Tunisia, marketed under 'The Residence' brand name and Sheraton Towers in Singapore.

Bonvests also owns a 77.36% stake in Sesdaq-listed subsidiary Colex Holdings Limited, one of Singapore's leading waste management and contract cleaning companies.
